1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using One Color (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

One Color is developed and maintained by Prosperize Group (NUNU COMPANY - CURSOS PROFISSIONAIS LTDA).

2. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13 years old, you may use the App without parental consent, as we do not collect any personal information. However, in-app purchases (if any) require parental consent for users under 18.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software

4. User conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other players. You must not:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, game design, sounds, and code — is the property of Prosperize Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

6. In-app purchases & ads

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or display advertisements powered by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or App Store / Google Play policies.

Third-party advertisers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or their practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prosperize Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
