How do I play One Color?

You're shown a target color and must adjust the sliders to match it as closely as possible. The closer your match, the higher your score. Each round has a time limit — so stay sharp!

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

First, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't help, make sure your device is running the latest OS version and that One Color is up to date in the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@onecolor.com.br.

How do I play multiplayer?

Open the app, tap the multiplayer icon, and create a room or join one using a 6-character code shared by a friend. You can also share a link directly from the app.

I lost my progress. Can it be restored?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or switched devices, progress cannot currently be recovered. We're working on cloud save support for a future update.

How do I remove ads?

One Color offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. Go to the Settings screen inside the app and look for the "Remove Ads" option.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. For Google Play purchases, visit the Google Play Help Center.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
